SC to hear CAB's appeal on Oct 10

The Supreme Court has decided to hear Cricket Association of Bihar (CAB)’s interim application against BCCI on October 10.

Senior advocate Nalini Chidambram appearing for CAB secretary Aditya Verma today mentioned about the IA before the Bench of Justice Thakur in the Court No 3 with following prayers.

“To declare the postponement of BCCI AGM as illegal.Consequently direct the BCCI to forthwith convene the AGM of for conducting the election of the office bearers,” petitioner Verma was quoted as saying by the press release.

“After hearing the mentioning by Sr. Advocate Nalini Chidambram Hon’ble Court fix the IA of Cricket Association of Bihar for hearing on 10.10.2014,” the release stated.
