Lodha panel to submit report on Jan 4
Wednesday 23 December 2015

The Justice Rajendra Mal Lodha Committee is ready with the final report and will submit its findings to the Supreme Court and the BCCI on January 4.

The Lodha Committee was entrusted with the responsibility of making amendments to the process of the BCCI and recommending measures to help improve the Boards's functioning and overall accountability.

"Our report will be a role model to world cricket. We examined cricket model in Australia and football model of FIFA," Justice Lodha told NDTV.

The three-member panel will first submit the report to the court and the BCCI, before releasing it publicly. The panel had also proposed the two-year suspension of Indian Premier League (IPL) franchisees Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals.
