Next SC hearing on November 24

The Supreme Court on Friday informed that the next hearing on the IPL 2013 spot-fixing and betting scandal will be held on November 24, as it disclosed some of the names mentioned in the Mudgal Committee report, who have been probed for corruption.

Among the names mentioned so far are the International Cricket Council (ICC) president N Srinivasan, Gurunath Meiyappan, Rajasthan Royals’ co-owner Raj Kundra and IPL COO Sundar Raman.

The court also disclosed the names of three cricketers — Stuart Binny of India, Owais Shah of England and Samuel Badree of the West Indies — who have also been probed for corruption in cricket.
