The Indian Cricket Board (BCCI) will hold a conclave for the captains and coaches of the Ranji Trophy teams on March 22 at a city hotel here to chalk out the future course for domestic cricket.
During the conclave, the views of all the Ranji team captains and coaches as far as the senior domestic cricket is concerned will be taken into consideration, BCCI secretary Sanjay Jagdale informed.
"The views of the captains and coaches, with regard to senior domestic cricket, will be discussed during the conclave," Jagdale said in a statement.
The BCCI would look for the feedbacks from the captains and coaches on the recently-concluded domestic season, which would include discussion on the quality of pitches, playing conditions at various venues, scoring system, playing at neutral venues, whether Ranji matches should be of five-day duration instead of four days.
